Independent Living

Atria staff provide household upkeep, social and leisure activities, dining, exercise, and more.

Assisted Living

Help with day-to-day support at Atria – changing clothes, meals, grooming, shaving and cutting hair, medication management, bathing, bed transferring, and more.

Memory Care

Atria Alzheimer’s patients or other residents going through Dementia receive special schedules and care to help those needing cognitive stimulation and social interaction. These individuals are staying in a safeguarded, designated wing to prevent them from roaming.

Skilled Nursing

Patients may not need high tiers of care and can begin with Independent Living. When greater levels of care are needed, Atria can transition Seniors to the most appropriate and suitable care requirements.

Atria Senior Living is reasonable and competitively priced for most older adults compared to many of the national senior living companies. Costs for Assisted Living and Memory Care across the country can be priced as high as $7,000 and $12,000.

Aegis Assisted Living | Activities of Daily Living

Assisted Living at Atria is long term care designed for aging seniors with disabilities that need assistance with ADLs (Activities with Daily Living). This type of care includes housing, meals, socializing, bathing, changing clothes, meds, house chores and more. 

Atria community members may reside in an exclusive, studio apartment or common bedroom that includes essential furnishings, a bathroom and kitchen. The majority of Atria Assisted Living community members do not require 24/7 medical care that is usually administered in a nursing home.

Aegis Memory Care | Dementia Care | Alzheimer’s Care

Memory Care at Atria offers amenities provided in Assisted Living, but integrates tailored, dementia care to address the needs of patients undergoing Alzheimer’s Disease or alternative types of Dementia.

This includes care and attention from expert trained staff in order to provide a supportive and safe environment for its residents. Atria Memory Care rooms are usually in a separate, protected area of the facility that is designed to prevent individuals from roaming and exiting the premise.

Memory Care initiatives and activities at Atria are tailored to boost the cognitive abilities of its residents and support community interaction. Some of these Memory Care day-to-day activities involve music treatment, art and memory games to enliven the overall well-being of their Seniors.

Atria Memory Care also incorporates Assisted Living services such as housekeeping, grooming, bathing, attiring, meal preparation and additional offerings.

Memory Care programs and activities at Brookdale are designed and intended to stimulate the cognitive abilities and support social interaction for its residents. Some of these Memory Care programs include music therapy, art and memory games to enrich the lives of their residents.

Brookdale’s Memory Care also includes Assisted Living services such as housekeeping, grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation and much more.

Aegis Independent Living | Retirement Living

Independent Living at Atria is tailored for older adults who want to reside in a luxurious community, but require no assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) or Memory Care. Aging Adults in Independent Living enjoy the same interests with other older adults, but with a highly active lifestyle.

Independent Living at Atria is unique from Assisted Living or Memory Care in that Seniors usually do not need help with daily living activities such as changing clothes, bathing, grooming, or medicine management. Independent Living at Atria is offered and designed for older adults who can live on their own, but enjoy the freedom and company of other Seniors in the community.

Room Options

Seniors at Atria can select from Individual to Semi-Private (shared) rooms which generally include furnishings like a divan, sleeping accommodations, dresser, and storage. The variety of living area shall have a significant influence on pricing. 

For individuals that are more price sensitive and working on a budget, a Semi-Private living space may be an excellent alternative to obtain the assistance and help they need. Shared living spaces can go as low as 30-40% lower than a private accommodation.

Dining Services

Atria offers three, nutritious meals daily to its residents. If a resident has dietary allergies or has specific requirements, chefs can cook dishes tailored to their preferences. Potential residents can seek information with the Atria residential community sales director or support staff for additional information.

Cleaning and Laundry Services

All Atria locations offer routine housekeeping services to ensure a tidy and sanitary environment for the residents. Laundry services are also carried out on a frequent basis to assist maintain good cleanliness.

Personal Support

Should individuals need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), also referred to as Assisted Living, Atria staff employees are readily accessible to help individuals with dressing, showering, grooming, dining, medicine administration, and more. New residents can seek information with the residential community director or medical personnel on the way they may assist meet their requirements.

Socialization and Recreational Activities

Atria locations offer day-to-day group gatherings and recreational activities for their residents to maintain them mentally stimulated, involved, and energetic. Atria community gatherings and recreational activities comprise artistic (sketching, painting, etc.), music treatment and concerts, dancing, aerobics, animal-assisted therapy, bingo games, card games, film screenings and many more.

Atria communities offer transport services for its residents to doctor appointments, mass service and temple worship, shopping malls, outdoor parks, coastal areas, to mention a few.

Urgent Personnel

24-Hour Personnel and Urgent Assistance are accessible at Atria when surprise incidents occur. Emergency assistance alarms are also provided in the living quarters should residents be in need of assistance.

Physical Fitness and Wellness

Most Atria Communities offer physical activity and physical fitness classes in their fitness centers. This is designed to help promote mental and physical activity for their seniors’ well-being. Physical fitness programs are available such as aerobics, yoga practice, strolls outdoors and much more. Make sure to ask the residential community director for additional information.

Atria Common Areas

Social interaction is a big part of living in a spacious residential community like Atria. Community interaction is essential to a well-balanced life and promotes mental wellness. Atria Communities offer amenities such as excellent living spaces, outside patios, gardens, dining locations, lounge areas, libraries, living rooms, sun areas, gaming areas, salon parlors, barber shops, therapy areas, and more.

Healthcare Services

A few Atria Communities have on the premises medical or health facilities. This can comprise of vaccination clinics on-site for pathogens such as the influenza, COVID, pneumonia, herpes zoster virus, and more. Regular check ups and access to doctors and or nursing professionals may be provided. If they are not available and the resident requires to consult their health provider specialist, Atria Community personnel can facilitate travel to and from their doctor.
