1. Go Purple.

Help the Alzheimer’s Association raise awareness during the World Alzheimer’s Month by Wearing Purple on September 21, Alzheimer’s Action Day. You can also speak up and fight stigma with these Alzheimer’s Prevention Tips. If you are on Facebook and Twitter, you can change your profile picture to the END ALZ icon and telling your friends to do the same.


2. Be Inspired.

Whether it’s by sharing a diagnosis or taking action to honor a family member. Here are some stories about brave individuals who are overcoming stigma and facing Alzheimer’s.


3. Share Your Story.

Whether you are a caregiver, family member, Alzheimer’s patient or have a friend with Alzheimer’s Disease, tell your story and share how you are fighting stigma and taking action to end Alzheimer’s Disease.
