Medicine and fitness
Zinberg’s career combined medical practice with developing services for older adults. He built Nifty after Fifty’s fitness centers around the needs of people in later life, an approach a 2007 Rehab Management feature examined in detail.
He also taught medicine, as a professor of internal medicine at Western University of Health Sciences.

Zinberg wrote for SeniorCareHomes.com about strength and exercise in later life.
He died in 2021.
