Background and education
DuPont-Carlson has founded and led senior-care businesses for most of her career. She is the founder and chief executive of Senior Care Map, and spoke on senior housing at USC’s 2025 Age Tech Symposium.
She is an alumna of the University of San Diego and sits on its board of trustees. At USC, she earned master’s degrees in gerontology and public administration, a doctorate in education, and a Doctorate of Longevity Arts and Sciences.
Speaking and recognition
She delivered the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology’s 2022 commencement address and received the school’s Dean’s Medallion. In the same year, the Orange County chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals recognized her in its Philanthropist category.
