The Alzheimer’s Association Orange County Chapter is dedicated to providing services, education and advocacy for individuals and families in the community affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias and to promoting research to end the disease. The Annual Crean Golf Classic Tournament raises funds to support our many programs and services while we work toward our ultimate vision of a world without Alzheimer’s.

11:30 am – Shotgun Start
3:15 pm – Cocktail Hour and Silent Auction
5:15 pm – Dinner
6:00 pm – Live Auction, Raffle, Awards

Foursomes; each participant plays their own ball. No Mulligans. Scoring will be the lowest 2 net balls. Maximum score is double bogey. All participants must submit their current index when they sign up
