I was just reading about Wilbur and Teresa Faiss, senior residents of Las Vegas who were recently recognized as “America’s Longest Married Couple.” The two were married in 1933. Do the math. In this age of high divorce rates, it’s good news to hear of two people being able to stay together for almost 8 decades.
What a sweet story this was. I think it’s such a tribute to each other when a couple makes it through all those years and ends up reaching those golden and diamond anniversaries. This senior couple is truly special.
